One of my favorite breakfast foods! I absolutely love how quick it is to make yourself a bowl of this healthy yummy instant oatmeal. Nothing beats Quaker Oats! Simply pour out a sachet of your choice of flavor into a bowl (my favorite is honey and almond, YUM!), pour milk into the sachet for measurement and add it into the bowl. Then zap it in the microwave for 2 mins. You can then add fruits (banana, raisins etc) or nuts (sunflower, pine-nuts etc) if you like, but I love it just as it is. That's all it takes to have a lovely nutritious breakfast! :)
