The perfect bread-accompaniment for roasts, bbq, pizza, pasta, etc.
1 loaf of bread, preferably french bread, but any good loaf will do
3 tbsp. room temperature butter, add a pinch of salt, half tsp. of garlic paste, some crushed coriander. Stir together until smooth.
Slice the bread into an inch thickness but do not slice all the way through, and apply the garlic butter paste all over the insides of the slices, and apply some of the butter on the top of loaf. Wrap the bread in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 10-15 mins. If you want it extra toasted, remove the foil, cut the slices right through to separate them, then put them back into the oven for another 3-5 minutes.
