W/Salaam, yes it should be just fine!

Salaam..

Fauzia's Kitchen Fun's picture

W/Salaam, yes I prefer boiling the chicken with ginger, garlic paste, a bit of black pepper and salt.

salaam,
how do you shred the chicken?

Fauzia's Kitchen Fun's picture

W/Salaam, just smash the cooked chicken with the back of a spoon.

S/A,
Very impressive though I haven't tried it yet?
Just a quick question? Do you think the fillings of feta cheese, onion, Tomatoes and
herbs would be a little dryer?

Fauzia's Kitchen Fun's picture

W/Salaam, thank you. Yes that would make a drier filling but go with your taste. :)

dear fauzia...the flour that you have mentioned in the ingredient is it plain flour? and do i mix it without adding water?

Fauzia's Kitchen Fun's picture

Yes plain flour, and no do not add water to it.

can u plz tell me the steps how to boil and shred the chicken....nd also tell me for how many minutes shall i boil the chicken...details plz :)
JazakAllah!

Fauzia's Kitchen Fun's picture

Simply boil the chicken on low heat with some water, ginger, garlic paste, a bit of black pepper and salt for about 15minutes. Once cooled, shred with a spoon.

Salaams, what is the milk you have mentioned, is it coconut milk? and is this recipe a spicy one? pls advise. Thanks

Fauzia's Kitchen Fun's picture

W/Salaam, whenever it says milk, please take it to mean REGULAR fresh milk. If it is coconut milk I normally indicate it in the recipe. And yes the filling is spicy, but the chillis can be reduced or adjusted to taste.

salam fauzia what is garam masala powder and coriander leaves?jazakillahu khair

Fauzia's Kitchen Fun's picture
