Cabbage Salad

A nice healthy side dish to most meals and can also be used as a filler in sandwiches.

Ingredients
1
small cabbage
2-3
carrots, peeled and grated
1-2
capsicum, cut into strips
1-2
onions, finely sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions 

Finely slice the cabbage, mix it up with grated carrots, julienned capsicum and red onion slices.

Spice it up with some chopped green chillies or a dash of black pepper if you want.

You can drizzle some olive oil or lemon juice or vinegar...or just have it plain.
