A nice healthy side dish to most meals and can also be used as a filler in sandwiches.
All you need to do is finely slice some cabbage, mix it up with grated carrots, julienned capsicum and some red onion slices.
Spice it up with some chopped green chilies or a dash of black pepper if you want.
You can drizzle some olive oil or lemon juice or vinegar...or just have it plain.
